About Meaghan Dalley

Meaghan Dalley was born and raised in Peterborough and has deep roots in the communities she proudly serves. In 2018, she made the move to Springbrook, just outside of Campbellford, where she enjoys life on a small hobby farm.

Since launching her real estate career, Meaghan has been an award-winning Realtor since 2014, building a reputation for her market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and client-first approach. She understands that real estate is never one-size-fits-all—every client has a unique story, goals, and timeline. That’s what drives her passion: creating tailored experiences and helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence.

Known for her responsiveness, honesty, and dedication, Meaghan is committed to delivering a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. She believes that every client deserves exceptional service and clear communication every step of the way. Her guiding philosophy says it best: “You may not be my only client, but you’ll always feel like you are.”

Outside of real estate, Meaghan has a lifelong passion for horses. Having grown up riding and competing on local circuits, she now competes at the national level with her own horse among some of Canada’s top riders. She also values staying active and can often be found at the gym.

In 2020, Meaghan married her husband, who serves at CFB Trenton. Through this, she has a strong understanding of the unique needs and timelines that come with military life, allowing her to better support and guide military families through their moves.
